We went to Murphy, NC for my husband’s and my birthdays in February. It’s only a short drive from Woodstock, GA and when we left, snow flurries started blowing around. I hoped for some snow and I guess God was listening because it was snowing a bit more when we arrived at the Stonebrook Lodge and we woke up to a thick powder coating; the kind of crunchy powder that is easy to drive in and makes everything look new with sparkles. It was gorgeous and I was inspired to get some drone footage.
Kyle loves to gamble and I love to explore and photograph, so it was perfect. After breakfast I dropped I dropped him off at Harrah’s and went on to explore. Here’s what I got.
