We went to Murphy, NC for my husband’s and my birthdays in February. It’s only a short drive from Woodstock, GA and when we left, snow flurries started blowing around. I hoped for some snow and I guess God was listening because it was snowing a bit more when we arrived at the Stonebrook Lodge and we woke up to a thick powder coating; the kind of crunchy powder that is easy to drive in and makes everything look new with sparkles. It was gorgeous and I was inspired to get some drone footage.
The Combat Marine Outdoors is a non-profit organization created to provide Dream Hunts and Outdoor Adventures for severely wounded service men and women. Their goal is to provide these heroic warriors the opportunity to have an outdoor adventure of a lifetime. I was touched by the experience to document a bird hunt in February 2020 with 4 wounded warriors.
With each listing, you pay for listing photography, maybe some drone images or aerial video and maybe even a fully produced video with music. Many companies offer this formula - fixed and bundled with a couple branding opportunities like adding your logo or contact info. But this formula is created to sell Houses, not Agents and certainly not relationship - and it doesn't account for the personal branding that is crucial to building a lifelong, successful business in real estate.
